At XSite Group Inc. we consider support as the most valuable part of any software purchase and thus, we thrive to offer you the best customer service possible at any time. Our technicians will provide training to our clients for all services and applications, and our developers will deliver updates and changes in reasonable time frames. We provide all of services quickly and secure over the internet.

Current Customers

If you are currently an XSite customer, you have access to an exclusive Online Help and Support Center with manuals, videos, and tips on working with all our software and applications. The new re-designed Help and Support Center provides the lastest information on new features added to our most recent versions of our software and applications. If you need more information on how to access the Help and Support Center please contact our office.


Software Updates

It is important to have all software and applications running in the lastest version available. Each version of the software has new features, and bug fixes that will help to improve your experience. Remember that with the yearly support contract all updates are FREE of charge and you are entitled to them automatically. If you do not have the latest software versions please contact us at your earliest convenience. 

What's New

Real-Time Transaction Processing

If you have a Bulloch or Passport system we now provide real-time transactions to the Price Book. Every time a sale takes place on your POS, it automatically updates quantity on hand and sales information.

Android Mobile Count

We will be launching a wireless Android app providing instantaneous counts as well as purchase order processing. This app will be ready by end of April 2014.

Passport Conversion

We provide our back office software for all POS systems (AJB Petrolane, Bulloch BT9000, Gilbarco Passport, Gilbarco G-Site, Verifone Ruby, and Verifone Sapphire) Our software is 100% compatible with all POS listed. Please note that the conversion to our software should be done prior to the installation of the Passport.
